Just another pizza place. The pizza is fine and customer service is expected. They set them self apart by supporting their community.

I come to this location the most because it's close to work. (Easy for a quick dinner fix or if I'm buying lunch for my coworkers), customer service is usually average, nothing necessarily to write about. I order online, pick up the pizza and go. Usually quick, and no fuss. That being said. I placed a carry out order online yesterday. My family ordered the Super Hawaiian Pizza and Philly Pizza. Went to the store picked it up the first time but they told me they don't do change over 20/bills, left to get change, came back again and left with my order and a free soda because my purchase was over $15. Got home. Lined up the pizzas and we noticed that our Super Hawaiian was missing some key components on top..... I mean when you order any pizza from any store that sells HAWAIIAN PIZZA what are the key toppings on it? For those who might not know these are: Pineapple, Bacon, and Ham or maybe Canadian bacon (depending on where)- the pizza we got? Some random chicken and pepperoni pizza. Without any of the other stuff!! Anyway, called over to the store. They basically laughed in my face and told me that I only had two options. Either credit me for one pizza on my account OR they Can remake the pizza but I would have to come back and get it-- I do live a little far from this location, but honestly the idea of having to go back to this store for a third time in less then an hour is not really conducive to my time and I already spent so much energy, time, and money going back and forth- but they told me because I ordered it online I can't get delivery to my house unless I pay 2.99 to have it delivered. I understand that the drivers have a delivery fee, but at the same time, I already paid money and spent my own gas to pick up a pizza that I assumed would be made correctly! It's ridiculous, and unfair that the customer who's order was wrong, has to pay for a mistake that the store made. The manager Pat told me that was all and the best he could do. No offer to cover the delivery cost to my house for their mistake. (Please note I know the delivery charge isn't for the driver it's as per the store- and I would tip the pizza driver regardless) I just feel that when it came down to servicing a customer or being right, the manager felt the need to make himself be right. Two take always from my story-- 1) Horrible customer service on their part. 2) for customers ordering online, there should be some notice that if you are paying cash, you have to pay in $20 dollar increments because bills more then $20 they don't make change for. After all this although I have credit there for a pizza, I'm never coming back.

Ordered my pizza and someone sucked on my pepperoncini and there was hair on my pizza. I got photos and I'm trying to upload them now. Mustapha was my delivery guy and KJ was the shift lead. Do not order from here

Half star or less here!! I've had several issues with this location!!! This order, I ordered food and got the confirmation email saying 23-33min for delivery. I call at an hour and they say it's being delivered. I live less 1.2 miles from the location. 15 min later I call and they say it's still on the way. The average now is 45-50 min wait, yet I'm here waiting well over an hour for 1 large pizza. Still waiting...likely to be cold again!
Last order a few months ago I ordered. It came quickly but was undercooked. Severely undercooked. I told them about it, and they offered to make a new pizza if I came to get it. So I drove there to get it, but still had to pay delivery on the first one that I returned to show them how awful it was and there was no compensation or anything offered other than making me drive there to get a properly cooked pizza.
You're making PAPA JOHN'S look bad!! -

So tired of seeing something advertised on TV you make a phone call to your local Papa John's in this case this location and we don't have that. They never have anything. You guys are a big disappointment, go to Firethorne much better service
